Felicity Hill Cahill Accounting Director

    Director

    Felicity Hill is a passionate chartered accountant, business advisor, fellow of CAANZ, and Director of Cahill Accounting Limited. With extensive experience in business advisory and accounting services, she has dedicated her career to building meaningful relationships with clients, helping them achieve their goals, and empowering business owners. Her leadership approach is grounded in honesty, authenticity, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and supportive professional environment.

    Felicity’s career journey reflects her determination, willingness to embrace opportunities, and ability to take risks. She has held senior roles in large corporate firms and served as a co-director of Frank Accounting.

    Through her leadership, Felicity has actively contributed to creating more inclusive workplaces and fostering inclusive pathways to leadership. She is a sought-after speaker and panellist who advocates for women in business, values-based leadership, and the importance of opening doors for the next generation.

    Through her accounting and financial advisory expertise, Felicity provides tailored strategies that empower clients to make informed decisions, seize opportunities, and navigate challenges with confidence. She believes that success is not just about financial performance but also about building businesses that support personal fulfilment, well-being, and long-term vision.

    Nikita is a Chartered Accountant with experience in both public practice and management accounting. Having spent six years in Canada working in-house for a tourism business group, she has developed a deep understanding of financial management within ever-changing industries.

    Nikita is committed to building strong client relationships, taking the time to listen and understand their unique needs. Her strategic advisory expertise enables clients to navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence, as she delivers clear, actionable insights. Known for her proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail, she works collaboratively with clients to provide practical advice that supports their financial and business goals.

    Beyond her professional career, Nikita enjoys the outdoors, whether it’s skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or paddleboarding, her dog Poppy is always by her side on these adventures.

    Commercial Manager

    Lisa is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience from her time at Ernst & Young and over a decade of expertise serving SMEs in Hong Kong and Singapore. 

    She specialises in accounting, advisory, and financial controller services, delivering tailored solutions that drive success. 

    As Commercial Manager at Cahill Accounting, Lisa plays a key role in overseeing financial operations, driving efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives. Her analytical skills and deep understanding of financial systems enable her to support business growth while ensuring operational excellence.

    Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. The beach or the yoga studio are her happy places.

    Charmaigne Tidy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She holds certifications in Excel, Xero, and Fathom, equipping her with advanced skills in financial management and analysis. Charmaigne is known for her adaptability, strong communication, and commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.

    With a solid foundation in accounting principles, Charmaigne excels in financial reporting and bookkeeping. She is dedicated to continuous learning, always seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills in the accounting field. Her excellent communication skills enable her to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all interactions.

    Outside of her professional life, Charmaigne enjoys traveling, listening to educational audiobooks, engaging in sports, exploring diverse music genres, and spending quality time with family and friends.

    Kate Dayrit is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in both accounting and bookkeeping. Having started her career as an accountant, she now specializes in managing the financial records of various clients in her role as a dedicated bookkeeper.  

    With a keen eye for detail and a strong organizational mindset, she is adept at maintaining accurate financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and efficient processing of financial transactions. Her deep understanding of accounting principles allows her to deliver precise results, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial workflows for her clients. 

    Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending quality time with family and watching movies to unwind. She is also passionate about traveling and loves taking in the beauty of nature.

    Steve is a seasoned accountant with nearly 30 years of experience, specialising in supporting businesses at every stage of their journey, from establishing the right structures to providing expert business guidance as clients navigate complex decisions. 

    With a passion for working alongside small and medium-sized enterprises, Steve is committed to delivering optimal financial reporting, tax, and business growth outcomes. He understands the unique challenges faced by growing businesses and strives to create maximum shareholder value for his clients through proactive and personalised service.

    Outside of his professional life, Steve enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle. He frequently goes to the gym and loves cycling, having recently completed the Tour of Aotearoa. Most of all, he appreciates a good laugh and the balance between work and life.

    Senior Advisory Business Partner

    Danielle is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience across Big 4 and mid-tier accounting firms. She’s also a qualified secondary school teacher, having taught Accounting at scholarship level. Before stepping into public practice, Danielle spent nearly nine years at Xero, where she led both the New Zealand and Global Education teams.

    Known for her pragmatic approach, Danielle builds strong relationships with her clients and is passionate about helping them understand more than just their numbers. She works closely with individuals and businesses to set practical strategies that support both financial and personal goals.

    Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. You’ll often find her cheering on her son Luka from the sidelines of a football pitch, or performing with her covers band when time allows.

    Business Advisory Partner

    View is a Chartered Accountant with a passion for helping businesses thrive. She graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law.

    She has spent the past eight years specializing in business advisory. From financial strategy to tax planning, she loves working with clients to simplify complex financial matters and set them up for long-term success.

    With a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and business growth strategies, she has worked with a range of businesses to provide tailored advice and insights. Whether it’s optimizing cash flow, navigating tax obligations, or planning for the future, she takes a proactive approach to problem-solving—helping businesses stay ahead in an ever-changing financial landscape.

    Outside of work, she has a big love for animals and enjoys spending time with her dog. Whether it’s crunching numbers or caring for animals, she brings the same level of dedication and enthusiasm to everything she does.

    Crislyn holds a degree in Management Accounting, finishing with honors. While at university, she balanced studies with active participation in both academic and non-academic competitions.

    She possesses an adept knowledge in preparing Annual Accounts for a diverse range of businesses. Her main focus lies in optimising daily business operations, ensuring the accuracy of invoices, timely payments, payroll processing, and smooth interactions between vendors, clients, and employees.

    Beyond work hours, she engages in singing, dancing, and fitness to stay active and express her creativity. She is also passionate about pursuing adventurous activities and exploring new experiences with family and friends.

    Carolyn is a Chartered Accountant with experience in supporting businesses and individuals through forward-thinking financial solutions. Her focus is on compliance, financial reporting, and advisory services, working closely with clients to ensure their financial affairs are not only compliant but also strategically aligned with their goals.  

    With a strong focus on transparency and building long-term client relationships, Carolyn helps clients understand their financial matters and provides actionable guidance. She prides herself on delivering practical insights that empower clients to make confident decisions, whether in day-to-day bookkeeping or long-term planning.  

    Outside of work, she enjoys weekend getaways, being actively involved with YWCA Whangarei, and spending quality time with family and friends. 

  • Workflow Manager 

    Christine is Cahill Accounting’s Workflow Manager, keeping jobs moving efficiently through the practice and ensuring clients receive prompt, seamless service. With over 15 years’ experience in the accounting industry, she understands the importance of clear communication and attention to detail in every stage of the process. 

    She works closely with both the team and clients to coordinate deadlines, resolve queries, and maintain momentum across all projects. Christine’s calm, organised approach helps the firm deliver consistently high standards while supporting clients with timely, practical assistance. 

    Outside of work, Christine enjoys sewing and taking part in local craft markets during the summer months.
