With extensive experience in business advisory and accounting services, she has dedicated her career to building meaningful relationships with clients, helping them achieve their goals, and empowering business owners. Her leadership approach is grounded in honesty, authenticity, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and supportive professional environment.Felicity’s career journey reflects her determination, willingness to embrace opportunities, and ability to take risks. She has held senior roles in large corporate firms and has held Partnership positions at leading accounting firms.
Through her leadership, Felicity has actively contributed to creating more inclusive workplaces and fostering inclusive pathways to leadership. She is a sought-after speaker and panellist who advocates for women in business, values-based leadership, and the importance of opening doors for the next generation.

As a Director at Cahill Accounting, Lisa plays a key role in overseeing financial operations, driving efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives. Her analytical skills and deep understanding of financial systems enable her to support business growth while ensuring operational excellence.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. The beach or the yoga studio are her happy places.

He understands the unique challenges faced by growing businesses and strives to create maximum shareholder value for his clients through proactive and personalised service.
Outside of his professional life, Steve enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle. He frequently goes to the gym and loves cycling, having recently completed the Tour of Aotearoa. Most of all, he appreciates a good laugh and the balance between work and life.

She’s also a qualified secondary school teacher, having taught Accounting at scholarship level. Before stepping into public practice, Danielle spent nearly nine years at Xero, where she led both the New Zealand and Global Education teams.Known for her pragmatic approach, Danielle builds strong relationships with her clients and is passionate about helping them understand more than just their numbers. She works closely with individuals and businesses to set practical strategies that support both financial and personal goals.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. You’ll often find her cheering on her son Luka from the sidelines of a football pitch, or performing with her covers band when time allows.

Outside of work, she has a big love for animals and enjoys spending time with her dog. Whether it’s crunching numbers or caring for animals, she brings the same level of dedication and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Christine is Cahill Accounting’s Workflow Manager, keeping jobs moving efficiently through the practice and ensuring clients receive prompt, seamless service. With over 15 years’ experience in the accounting industry, she understands the importance of clear communication and attention to detail in every stage of the process.
She works closely with both the team and clients to coordinate deadlines, resolve queries, and maintain momentum across all projects. Christine’s calm, organised approach helps the firm deliver consistently high standards while supporting clients with timely, practical assistance.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys sewing and taking part in local craft markets during the summer months.

Crislyn holds a degree in Management Accounting, finishing with honors. While at university, she balanced studies with active participation in both academic and non-academic competitions.
She possesses an adept knowledge in preparing Annual Accounts for a diverse range of businesses. Her main focus lies in optimising daily business operations, ensuring the accuracy of invoices, timely payments, payroll processing, and smooth interactions between vendors, clients, and employees.
Beyond work hours, she engages in singing, dancing, and fitness to stay active and express her creativity. She is also passionate about pursuing adventurous activities and exploring new experiences with family and friends.

Aleksey joins Cahill following a varied career that has taken him from banking to startups, and from a Big Four firm to chartered accounting practice. That breadth gives him a well rounded perspective across financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury and systems, and a genuine interest in understanding how each business actually runs.He enjoys getting under the bonnet of a business, improving processes, untangling complexity and helping clients make confident decisions. His approach is collaborative and practical, and he takes real interest in the people behind the numbers.

Dasha joins Cahill with six years of business advisory experience, most recently as a Business Advisory Services manager at BDO. She has worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes, from small businesses through to large and complex group structures, across industries including property development, construction, industrial, hire services, wholesale import and export, and commercial and residential investment.A natural problem solver, Dasha enjoys untangling challenges, spotting opportunities and building systems that make a business stronger. Her approach is collaborative and practical. She sees the client relationship as a genuine partnership, combining your knowledge of your business with her experience and analytical eye to help you reach your goals sooner.
Outside work, Dasha is a mum of two energetic boys and brings the same calm, positive energy to everything she does. She loves cooking, baking and spending time with family and friends, especially on a cosy rainy day.
