For no charge, we will advertise
for tenants, interview, check references and prepare all paperwork,
including automatic payments and bond lodgements.
We look for honest tenants with
needs that tie in with the features of the property –
a strategy which is more likely to produce long term tenant
and landlord satisfaction.
In situations where your property
is still occupied, we respect the rights of existing tenants
by arranging inspections for times when they will be less inconvenienced.
